Join us for a hands-on culinary experience where education meets competition at the Culinary Institute of Virginia in Norfolk! This dynamic event guides high school and college culinary students through the full journey of pork - from fabrication and farming to innovative, nose-to-tail cooking.

Start the day with expert-led sessions on butchery, sustainability, and pork production. Then put your skills to the test in the Snout to Tail-Gate Showdown, where you’ll break down pork primals and create a standout dish that highlights technique, creativity, and resourcefulness!

Education Sessions & Spectator Tickets - One (1) Attendee/Spectator Ticket

Collegiate Teams - Two (2) People per Team

High School Teams - Three (3) People per Team

Lunch is included in the price of all tickets for spectators or competitors
