VRLTA’s 2025 Regional Seminars aim to provide education and resources on critical industry topics, extending our outreach and enhancing our statewide presence through valuable, focused programming. This year, we are prioritizing Human Trafficking Training & Prevention, equipping hospitality professionals with the knowledge and tools to recognize and prevent human trafficking incidents.

He leads engagement with the private sector (industry) to raise awareness of human trafficking and emphasize each industry’s unique position to recognize and report potential cases across the country. |
Tanya Gould![]() Director, Anti-Human Trafficking Office of Attorney General of Virginia | Tanya Gould is a dedicated solutionist in the fight against human trafficking, passionately working to influence legislative policy and elevate public awareness. She serves as the Anti-Human Trafficking Director for the Virginia Attorney General and a member of the Governor’s Commission on Human Trafficking Prevention and Survivor Support. A sought-after speaker, she co-produced Groomed and has consulted for agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice and Homeland Security’s Blue Campaign. She has served on the U.S. Advisory Council on Human Trafficking, the OSCE ISTAC, and boards like Polaris and NCOSE. Tanya’s work has earned honors such as the Presidential Award for Extraordinary Efforts to Combat Human Trafficking. |
