VRLTA Event Registration & No-Show Policy

To help ensure a positive experience for all participants and make the best use of limited event capacity, please review and follow the guidelines below.

Event Registration

• Individuals may attend a VRLTA event only if they have completed the registration process and received confirmation that their registration has been approved.
• Individuals who are not approved registrants will not be permitted to attend the event.
• Non-members are welcome to attend one (1) VRLTA event as a guest. To attend future VRLTA events, individuals must become a VRLTA member.
• Registration for this event closes on October 19th at 5:00 PM, unless maximum capacity is reached before that date. If the event reaches capacity early, registration will automatically close.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend after your registration has been approved, please notify the VRLTA team as soon as possible so your registration can be canceled.
• Prompt cancellations allow individuals on the waitlist or others interested in attending the opportunity to participate in your place.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may affect your priority for future VRLTA event registrations.
