Private Events + Programming Sales

- Respond and correspond with leads for private events, programming, and other bookings via booking systems, emails, voicemails, website inquiries, social media, third-party vendors, and outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct venue tours for prospective clients, showcasing event capabilities and upselling premium services and enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to attract new clients and grow repeat business within corporate, social, and community markets.
- Generate new leads through proactive outbound sales tactics, networking, and community engagement.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and execute upselling opportunities, including catering upgrades, décor enhancements, specialty rentals, entertainment, and other packages.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, event details, and client communications to ensure seamless coordination.
Marketing Strategy + Execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote venue offerings through targeted campaigns, social media, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic marketing efforts designed to increase bookings and attract diverse clientele.
- Support programming development by identifying event trends and opportunities that align with venue brand and revenue goals.
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through contract signing. Thereafter, ensure a smooth transition to the Event Services Manager.
- Clearly communicate event details, expectations, and logistics while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collect and evaluate client feedback post-event to improve services and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (including Tripleseat) with accurate lead, client, contract, and sales data.
- Foster repeat business through relationship-building and personalized client engagement strategies.
Financial + Budget Management
- Oversee pricing strategies and resource allocation to optimize revenue.
- Track expenses and implement measures to minimize waste and maximize financial performance.
Catering Menu Development + Quality Control (In Collaboration with Event Services Manager)
- Oversee catering offerings in collaboration with the Chef, curating menus that appeal to diverse event types and clientele.
- Develop innovative menu options and event packages that enhance revenue streams.
- Ensure quality, standards, and service excellence align with venue brand expectations.
Vendor + Supplier Relations
- In collaboration with the Events Services Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Community Relations
- Cultivate new community partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to increase bookings and brand visibility.
- Represent the venue at networking events and community engagements to drive awareness and lead generation.
