The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a pro-active “can do” attitude and provide exceptional service to our guests. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you create a friendly, courteous and memorable dining experience for all guests. The Outlet Manager ensures a smooth operation of a shift in the Restaurant and Lounge as well as In Room Dining and Concierge. Ensure service standards and procedures are constantly applied.  The ideal candidate would enjoy leading and developing associates, working in a team, resolving problems under time pressure, and working in a fast paced environment. The right candidate will be an organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with customers and to resolve guest and associate issues. This position is ideal for someone that enjoys going above and beyond for guests while working in a supportive team atmosphere. Candidate must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to State laws.
