Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff during service
- Assist with menu development and specials
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and health code compliance
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering and cost control

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
